Day 2/5 - Don't Let Fall Slip Away
Modeled by Dunc HD M. Photo by Patrick Younger of RA Photo & Film. Alright, for day 2 I want to you deep into our journey with the Indestructible helmet! This photo represents so much to me. I composed this image using depth, lines, placement, perspective, and most of all, colour. to bring out the story of these beastly subject. When Dunc and I finally got our hands on the helmet that had been cycling film festivals for a while, we jumped on the opportunity to shoot. With a

Day 1/5 - The Indestructible Helmet
This week... I present to you The Indestructible
This helmet was designed and crafted by Duncan Marshall for the movie THE INDESTRUCTIBLE. We were lucky enough to get our hands on it from the director after having been shown at film festivals internationally for the past while. This Helmet has so much detail, so much texture, so much story.
I will expand more on the movie, the comic, the character and some of the people in the scene whom have become connected with the mo

Bright City Lights
This image was shot on Friday, November 25th 2016. Toronto has been an incredible journey this past while, and I look forward to countless more adventures! I applied for a grant before moving here, and was awarded it after moving. This changed not only my life, but my business as well. I was able to invest in new gear, administrative, and the business itself. I plan to not only work to grow my business through photography and video but also to apply my skills to other compani

Day 5/5 - Archiac Architecture
Day 5 has finally arrived!
A full week of brand new images!!!!
I originally planned to release an image from the Indestructible shoot.... but instead I am going to dedicate all of next week for those. This week I want to end off on a architectural note, to flow with the cityscapes i've been posting this week.
This image is of the Arch South of the Gardiner Expressway crossing the Dufferin St bridge.
When I saw this I instantly put my stuff down and had to shoot it. Th

Day 4/5 - Calm Compositions
For day 4, I wanted to pull you a little deeper into my perspective...
I strive to reach new heights, compose new angles, and create new content for my audience and clients... Sometimes when you look at things you may see or experience every day, from a new perspective it may show you a larger meaning or context.
This city has taken on me on many journeys since arriving and I anticipate many more. A lot has happened in my life this past year... From job opportunities, to

Day 3/5 - Night Runs
The title of this project & image itself are a tribute to the recent Gene One project.
"NIGHT RUNS"
You can listen HERE
For day 3 of this I want to bring it back to the tracks. Growing up, I always had a love for trains both as an artist & a photographer. Living right next to a few train yards definitely influenced me, plus my backyard next to some tracks as well... The sound can be soothing to me to say the least. The shear size of these machines is impressive but its eve

Day 2/5 - Positions of Perspective
Often I find myself breathtaken by so many forms of architecture. I become driven to observe, analyze the details and explore the intricacies of the structures. As a photographer I have a particular connection to elements like line, shape, depth, & dimension.
For the second day of this project I wanted to give you a look into how these elements of design have the power to enhance everyday life. From where we walk, to where we look, to where we sit, to where we wait... Inspi

Day 1/5 - GO
This image was taken Monday, the night of the Supermoon. This time of the year provides us with some spectacular skyscapes, but 2016 has been especially impressive and Spectacular.
Though I didn't get an image of the moon itself... What i did witness the 1st night of it was the largest moon I had ever laid eyes on. I was also lucky enough to have experienced it with the one who completes me. This breathtaking visual experience drew me to gear up my camera for the second nig

Depth & Symmetry
Lately i've been noticing more and more shapes, natural symmetry, and geometry in nature and the world around me. If you know me, you know I always take the extra effort to stay observant and aware of the things down to the detail... Which is why photography is an excellent tool for me as an artist to capture these sights I feel are unique to me. If not the sight itself, but the way I see it.
